The German brand Dorothee Schumacher was established in 1989 when Schumacher was only 23. She emphasizes the power of femininity in all of her designs. The designer herself says, “I am convinced that we all have an untamable female free spirit. In a perfect balance between nativeness and sophistication, we really only want one thing: to be understood - without saying a word. My collections are dressed answers to this longing.”
